What ‘nervous’ Travis Kelce promised Taylor Swift at the altar that made her cry: report
That’s actually romantic.
Travis Kelce was reportedly “nervous” at the altar — and made Taylor Swift a promise that left the bride crying.
“Taylor looked tearful during a part in the vows where he promised to protect her forever,” an insider told the Daily Mail on Sunday.
The athlete and Swift, both 36, wed in front of more than 1,000 guests at New York City’s Madison Square Garden on Friday evening.
“Good Morning America” co-host — and wedding attendee — George Stephanopoulos subsequently divulged sweet details about the vows.

He told an ABC reporter the exchange was “everything you would hope for,” describing it as “real, vulnerable, serious and silly, deeply loving.”
During Saturday morning’s show, Stephanopoulos noted that the couple read from “little books” at the altar.
Their vows reportedly took 20 minutes each, according to People.
The wedding also included performances from Stevie Nicks and Paul McCartney, as well as a lavish raffle, with guests winning a Chanel or Dior saddle bag, Cartier watches and more prizes.
Adam Sandler officiated and gave the newlyweds “touching” and “simple” marriage advice, per Kansas City Chiefs coach Andy Reid.
He said kiss every chance you get — every chance you have, every single day,” the 68-year-old told CNN. “So whether you’re going to bed or going to work … go ahead and kiss her.”
