Why Taylor Swift Missed Travis Kelce’s 2nd Away Game of the Season…
Taylor Swift did not make an appearance at Sunday’s Kansas City Chiefs game against the Las Vegas Raiders, despite speculation that she could be in the stands to support her husband, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.
The Chiefs faced the Raiders at Allegiant Stadium on Sunday, October 4, marking Kansas City’s second road game of the season. Swift, who has become a familiar presence at Chiefs games since beginning her relationship with Kelce, was not spotted at the game.
The singer’s absence comes after a bit of a busy weekend: Swift made a surprise appearance on Saturday Night Live on October 3, joining her friend Dakota Johnson, who hosted the episode.
Swift attended the Chiefs’ first two home games of the season, watching Kelce and the team take on the Denver Broncos and Indianapolis Colts. She even flashed her wedding ring from her seat.
In 2023, when Swift first started attending games, she told Time, “When you say a relationship is public, that means I’m going to see him do what he loves, we’re showing up for each other, other people are there, and we don’t care.”
She’s been to over a dozen games since.
